Terms Of Service

Commissioning me means you have read and agreed to the following terms.

Payment:
✦ PayPal and Kofi only. Use my Paypal.me or send me your user for an invoice
✦ Commission will not be official until payment is received in full.
NO refunds. Once the piece is started I will be working on it until it is complete.
✦ Price will exceed starting price if character/s are deemed complex to draw. Complexity include wings, robotics, patterns, etc.
Additional characters cost +%100 of the price.
✦ Big Pieces can be split in half if multiple people are commissioning it. You must send me yours and their contact information if this is the case.
✦ If you are commissioning a gift for someone or using someone else's character I need their explicit consent for this gift. I will NOT continue the commission if I do not have the owner's characters consent. Characters from shows and fandoms are excluded.General:
✦ I have the right to use the commissioned piece for posting, portfolios, ads, etc. You may NOT use this piece for commercial use. If you want private commissioned artwork it'll be a +%100
✦ I currently work through FurAffinity, and Toyhouse
✦ Wherever you post my work I MUST be credited and my watermark MUST be shown. You may ask for it to be transparent +%100 if you want a watermarkless piece.
✦ You will receive the piece within 1-3 months. If there is any delay I will inform you.
✦ Halfbody pieces cut at the waist, anything below is fullbody.
✦ My art may not be used for AI, nor will I use AI in my work because AI cannot be copyrighted meaning it cannot be legally owned.
✦ Clients are not allowed to modify and edit received commissions artThe Work Process:
✦ You can't change the info of your commission once it has been started on. Examples: commission idea, poses, references...
✦ I will ALWAYS send a sketch when I start your commission, If I haven't sent any sketch it means I haven't start it yet.
✦ I require references for poses, characters, etc (Excluding character sheets as I'm creating your character from your words)
✦ I provide 2 MAX Sketch / roughs changes and edits for all of my commissions. Please be as detailed as possible. The more detailed you are, the easier for me to convey the image, the more pleased you will be with the final result.
✦ You are given 2 free edits, and anymore will cost extra. I can refuse or charge extra for any changes if requested after the piece is complete.
